CV Skin’s Balancing Toner does it all for you. It has witch hazel extract–when applied to the skin, witch hazel has the potential to ease irritation and inflammation. Some of the most common include acne and sunburn.

The Balancing Toner also has Salicylic Acid, an effective exfoliant that penetrates deep into the skin and has the ability to break down oil and sebum that clogs our skin which causes acne, blackheads and whiteheads. Salicylic acid dissolves the dead skin on the surface , revealing fresher, lighter skin. It is combined with skin nourishing ingredients like Starflower Seed Oil–which provides hydration and inhibits melanin production to lighten the skin and even out the skintone–and Organic Aloe Vera Extract, a natural moisturizer that soothes irritated and inflamed, sensitive skin.
